Financing Options for Dental Implants, Clear Aligners, or Special Care Dentistry at Elements Dentistry in Fountain Valley, CA

Our dentists believe that all of our patients deserve to have beautiful teeth and excellent oral health. We are committed to providing our patients with financial options that allow quality dental care to be attainable. Please consider the following financing options, which are available for all of our dental treatments, including dental implants, clear aligners, and special care dentistry. Our Fountain Valley practice, Elements Dentistry, is committed to helping you achieve a healthy smile.

No insurance? No problem! We are now offering an in-office membership plan for our patients that do not have insurance or do not want to utilize their insurance for just under $46/month (compared to $60/month for dental insurance).

Elements Dentistry accepts several major credit cards for all dental procedures. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.

If you have a balance on your account after an insurance payment, you can pay this balance by authorizing us to charge your credit card on file or via Zelle.

We accept most PPO plans and are able to help you maximize your benefits by submitting insurance claims on your behalf so that you can get reimbursed for your dental care. We are not accepting Medi-Cal, Medicare, or HMO insurances at this time. However, patients with these insurance plans are welcome to join the Elements Dentistry membership program!

Dr. Gene Park is not an in-network provider for any dental insurance, but we accept assignment of benefits from any PPO dental insurance.

If you have a Flexible Savings Account (FSA) and/or a Health Savings Account (HSA), you can use them for your dental care! FSA cards can be used in lieu of a credit or debit card and do not incur a service charge. Our team will provide you a printed or emailed statement of services to submit to your plan sponsor or provider, depending on your preference.

In general, FSA and HSA cannot be used towards cosmetic procedures such as whitening, veneers, or cosmetic orthodontics. Depending on your employer’s plan sponsor, other procedures may not be covered, so please contact HR or your company’s plan sponsor to verify your policy.

Patients who need dental treatment, but are not sure how to proceed are encouraged to call our office. We work with third-party financing options such as Cherry and Alphaeon Credit. If you would like more information on these financing options, our staff can determine which is the best fit for you and your budget.
